You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use this site, buy merch, or interact with the $BRIT token. You are responsible for making sure that accessing this site and buying, holding or trading tokens is legal where you live. The site is not aimed at, and must not be used by, anyone in a place where memecoins or this content are restricted.

$BRIT is a community memecoin built for culture and laughs. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token or asset.

• Crypto assets are extremely high risk and can lose all of their value, fast. Memecoins in particular have no intrinsic value and no guarantee of liquidity.
• Past performance, charts, tokenomics and roadmaps are not promises of any future result.
• We are not your financial adviser or broker. Do your own research and only ever spend what you can comfortably afford to lose.
• You alone are responsible for your decisions, your wallet, your keys and your taxes.

Any holder checks, airdrops or token features offered through the site are provided “as is” and may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time. Eligibility for airdrops is set at our discretion and may require you to prove control of a wallet by signing a message.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, your private keys and your seed phrase. We will never ask for them, and you must never share them with anyone.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot recover tokens sent to the wrong address, lost to scams, or stranded by network issues.
• Always verify the official contract address before interacting with any token claiming to be $BRIT. Treat unsolicited DMs, support offers and “claim” links as scams.

We are not responsible for the Solana network, third-party wallets, decentralised exchanges, or any other infrastructure outside our control.

Merch is made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful, with payment handled by Stripe. By placing an order you authorise us and these partners to process the payment and the details needed to make and ship your items.

• Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or the order looks fraudulent.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on production and the carrier.
• Because items are made to order, returns and refunds are limited to faulty, damaged or misprinted goods, plus your rights under UK consumer law. Send us photos and your order details and we will put it right.
• Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

The $BRIT name, logo, artwork, card designs, copy and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may share and meme our public content for non-commercial, community purposes with credit, but you may not sell it, pass it off as your own, or use our brand to imply official endorsement without our permission.

When using the site you agree not to:

• Break any law, or use the site to defraud, harass, impersonate or harm others.
• Submit fake reviews, spam, malware, or content that is unlawful, hateful or infringing.
• Attempt to hack, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site, its security or other users.
• Misrepresent yourself as connected to, or endorsed by, $BRIT.

We may remove content or suspend access if you break these rules.

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is your own, honest and lawful, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it in connection with the shop and our marketing. We may moderate, edit for length, or remove submissions at our discretion.

The site links to third-party services and platforms — exchanges, wallets, social channels, Stripe, Printful and others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or conduct. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information is accurate, complete or current. Token features and the value of $BRIT are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profits, tokens, crypto assets, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the site, the $BRIT token, or any third-party service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim.

You agree to cover us against reasonable claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of anyone else’s rights.

We may update these terms as the project and shop evolve. Updates take effect when posted, with a revised “last updated” date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your home country.
