$BRIT Card Meme is a community memecoin brand operating the website at britcardmeme.com, an associated print-on-demand merch shop, and a token waitlist. For data protection purposes we are the “data controller” for personal information collected through this site.

If you have any question about this policy, or want to exercise your rights, the quickest way to reach us is by email.

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to keep the site running:

• Waitlist details — the email address you submit and, optionally, the Solana wallet address you add, along with where on the site you signed up.
• Shop orders — your name, delivery address, email and phone number, collected so your order can be paid for, printed and shipped.
• Product reviews — the name and email you submit with a review, plus the review text and rating. Only your chosen name and the review are shown publicly; your email is kept private and used to check the review is genuine.
• Wallet activity — when you connect a Solana wallet to check holder status or claim an airdrop, we record the public wallet address (and, for airdrops, the signature proving you control it). Wallet addresses and on-chain transactions are public by the nature of the blockchain.
• Technical and usage data — anonymous, aggregated analytics about page visits and performance (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

We never ask for, store, or want your seed phrase, private keys, or recovery phrase. Nobody from $BRIT will ever request them — treat anyone who does as a scammer.

We use the information above to:

• Add you to the waitlist and send the launch, drop and project updates you asked to hear about.
• Process, fulfil and deliver merch orders, and handle returns, refunds or order questions.
• Display genuine product reviews and prevent fake or abusive submissions.
• Check token-holder status and process airdrop claims you request.
• Keep the site secure, debug problems, and understand which pages are actually useful.

Our legal bases for this are your consent (waitlist and marketing), performance of a contract (processing your orders), and our legitimate interests (running, securing and improving the site and showing trustworthy reviews). You can withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We do share it with the trusted service providers that make the site work, and only as far as each one needs:

• Stripe — processes shop payments. At checkout you are taken to Stripe, which collects your card or payment details, billing address, phone and email directly. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Printful — our print-on-demand partner. We pass your name and delivery address so your order can be produced and shipped.
• Supabase — our database provider, which securely stores waitlist sign-ups, reviews, wallet records and order references on our behalf.
• Vercel — hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics and performance monitoring.
• Cloudflare — provides our CDN, security layer and media storage (R2).
• Solana network & RPC providers — carry the on-chain reads and token transfers behind holder checks and airdrops. Blockchain data is public and permanent.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK and EEA. Where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, users and community.

We keep tracking to a minimum. The site does not use advertising cookies and we do not sell tracking data.

• Analytics — we use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure page views and performance using anonymous, aggregated data and do not set advertising cookies.
• Essential storage — your browser may store your chosen wallet name locally so you do not have to reselect it every visit. This stays on your device.
• Payments — when you pay, Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout pages to process the transaction securely and prevent fraud.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it. Waitlist details are held until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Order information is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet tax and accounting obligations. Reviews stay up until you ask us to take them down. Wallet addresses recorded for holder checks and airdrops are retained to prevent duplicate claims and abuse. On-chain data cannot be deleted, because it lives on a public blockchain.

If you are in the UK or EEA you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to data portability. You can also unsubscribe from waitlist emails whenever you like.

To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond as soon as we can. You also have the right to complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office if you think we have handled your data poorly.

We use reputable providers and sensible safeguards to protect your information, and we limit who can access it. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but we take it seriously. The single best thing you can do to stay safe is to never share your wallet’s seed phrase or private keys with anyone.

This site and the $BRIT project are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the project, shop or our providers change. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top, and flag significant changes on the site. Continuing to use britcardmeme.com after an update means you accept the revised policy.
